Skilled Nursing/Swing Beds

We provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients who no longer require acute care but are not quite ready to return home. If you are discharged from the hospital after hip surgery, but still need more time for physical and occupational therapy before going home, or if you are recovering from pneumonia and need more intravenous antibiotics before going home, we have the services for you. Care provided within this setting allows patients to participate in rehabilitation while in their own community with the support of their family and friends.
