
About Lacy Bowman
Lacy Bowman, a family nurse practitioner, provides comprehensive, patient-centered care. Born and raised in Russellville, Arkansas, she has resided in Larned, Kansas, since 2021.
After high school, she attended Arkansas Tech University before transferring to Baptist Health College Little Rock, earning her Associate of Science in Nursing in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2022 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, then continued her education and was awarded her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in 2024. Lacy is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Throughout Lacy’s career as a registered nurse, she has provided care in various settings, equipping her with a deep understanding of complex patient needs and the importance of personalized care. Her prior nursing experience includes cardiac telemetry, ICU, acute care, emergency room, cardiac progressive care, women’s and children’s care, and infection prevention. In 2019, at Baptist Health Little Rock (Ar.), Lacy received the DAISY award, a national recognition for nurses who provide exceptional and compassionate care.
Lacy is dedicated to building long-term relationships with her patients and promoting health and wellness within the Larned community. She combines clinical expertise with a holistic approach to address individual health needs. Lacy cares for patients of all ages, from birth to the end of life, finding fulfillment in the diversity of care provided in family medicine. She’s particularly interested in diabetes prevention and management, including type one diabetes, and women’s health, including postpartum mental health.
Outside of her career, Lacy enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters. She enjoys reading, volunteering at her children’s school and throughout the community, thrift shopping, lending a hand with her family’s farm, and helping care for their animals. Her dedication to her family and profession reflects her compassionate spirit and commitment to the community.
