At Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, our Women’s Health program is dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality care for women and girls of all ages. We offer a wide range of services ranging from routine preventative care and OB/GYN services to advanced diagnostic imaging.
Our experienced healthcare team provides essential women’s health services, including annual exams, breast health screenings, pregnancy testing, birth control consultations, and diagnostic evaluations tailored to your individual healthcare needs.
Shared Care Model for Prenatal Care
Planning to deliver your baby at HaysMed? You can have your routine prenatal visits close to home. The shared care model between Pawnee Valley Community Hospital Family Medicine and HaysMed Center for Women’s Health allows you to arrange care and delivery with HaysMed’s specialized OB team while being seen here in Larned for most prenatal care appointments, OB ultrasounds and onsite lab work. Our family medicine and women’s health team here works closely with HaysMed to coordinate your care, ensuring you are closely monitored through your pregnancy.

Advanced Breast Imaging
The Pat Young Imaging Center, located on the Pawnee Valley Community Hospital campus, offers state-of-the-art 3D mammography (breast tomosynthesis) and breast ultrasound services to support early detection and accurate diagnosis.
When advanced treatment or specialized procedures are needed, we work closely with our Women’s Health partners at HaysMed to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Schedule Your Mammogram
To schedule your 3D screening mammogram, please call 785-623-6565. If needing specialized breast imaging, please call your ordering provider and have an order faxed to 620-285-8885 and someone will contact you to schedule additional testing.
When scheduling, be sure to request that your appointment take place at the Pat Young Imaging Center at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital.
