Sports Physicals Offered for Local Student Athletes
As part of our commitment to supporting student health in our rural community, Pawnee Valley Community Hospital Family Medicine providers will offer sports physicals at no cost for Ft. Larned and Pawnee Heights students.
These physicals help ensure students are medically ready to participate safely in school athletics for the upcoming school year. Each student will receive a comprehensive evaluation that meets all school athletic requirements.

What Students and Parents Need to Know
- Students must bring all required KSHSAA forms, completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
